The Atlantic is looking for a creative and enterprising customer experience manager to join the consumer marketing team. This role will be responsible for helping to provide an excellent experience for all our customers, from one-on-one interactions to ambitious projects to deepen retention and ensure our subscribers love and stay with The Atlantic for the long run. The goals are focused on maximizing lifetime value, subscriber engagement and loyalty, and customer satisfaction. The position will report to the Head of Retention Marketing and be based in New York City.
