AMS has expanded quickly over the past 4 years. Now, we're seeking a senior leader to join our editorial team as a director. The Director will guide the team’s approach to editorial and communication strategies for a variety of organizations. Projects span editorial strategy, audience development, content campaigns, social media strategy, workflow optimization, best practices workshops, and events. The Director will manage, mentor, and coach other team members on deliverables big and small, helping AMS to deliver world-class work worthy of The Atlantic name. The Director will report to AMS' Managing Director, Editorial & Insights.
